Returns: All eligible online purchases may be sent back to Fleur-de-Lis Pret-a-Porter. Just return the item in the original package with tags to receive your refund. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every order purchased on our website. Final Sale items, and discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are unable to be returned. Items bought with a coupon or discount code can be returned for the amount paid after discount/coupon. You can only use the coupon/discount once. After the return the coupon/discount will not be eligible for use on a future purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal Holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
