Returns: All eligible online purchases may be sent back to Fleur-de-Lis Pret-a-Porter. Just return the item in the original package with tags to receive your refund. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every order purchased on our website. 
Final Sale items, and discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are unable to be returned or exchanged. Items bought with a coupon or discount code can be returned for the amount paid after discount/coupon. You can only use the coupon/discount once. After the return the coupon/discount will not be eligable for use on a future purchase or exchange.

To exchange an eligible item purchased online, simply return it to Fleur-de-Lis Pret-a-Porter using the prepaid UPS label and place a new order online for the item you want. Shipping charges may apply on your new order. 
Please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal Holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. 
All eligible, unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund to your original payment method must be sent back to Fleur-de-Lis Pret-a-Porter within 30 days of the receipt date of product purchase in original package with tags attatched. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every order purchased on our website. 
 

Shipping: Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, FedEx. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time.

Ground: (Free) on all orders within the USA and will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.

P.O. Boxes: All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
